All Forces Supply, Inc. is a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (#60764)* established to supply materials to entities in the heavy Construction Industry that are under contract with Government agencies; primarily the Department of Transportation, the Army Corps of Engineers, and all military units.  It also serves as a source of supply for other entities requiring DVBE credit in order to meet critical socio-economic goals established by Federal and State legislation.

All Forces Supply is a certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise. Although Bill Jagger has an extensive resume working in the Construction Supply arena for over 30 years as a manufacturer, distributor, and Sales Manager, Bill had a relatively short, yet intense, involvement in the US Army which may be of interest.

Bill was born and raised in North NJ. He was drafted at the age of 19, and after Infantry training, he was immediately shipped to Vietnam assigned as a machinegunner with a line company of the 196th Light Infantry Brigade, base camp in Chu Lai. Bill served in Vietnam for 14 months in I Corps, on the DMZ, Camp Evans, Dong Ha, and Tam Ky Province.

Bill returned stateside and joined the NY Army National Guard as a Sgt. He graduated from OCS and was assigned as an officer with the 156th Field Artillery in Kingston, NY. He was honorably discharged as a Captain after completing his reserve duty, and presently lives in Huntington Beach, California, with his lovely and supportive wife, Darlene.

* DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise), is a designation by the State of California that has specific compliance regulations for certification.

SDVOB (Service Disabled, Veteran-Owned, SmallBusiness), is the Federal program which mirrors the DVBE.  Although the SDVOBC requires compliance, it does not issue a formal certification; only registration.  Confirmation can be verified through www.vetbiz.gov.

All Forces Supply complies with the regulations of both programs.  All Forces Supply is also a licensed and bonded contractor (#934726) in the state of California with "Classification A", for General Engineering, (roads, bridges, waterways...).
