Flexcoat
Sonneborn
Flexcoat is a water-based, VOC-compliant, high-build, 100% acrylic emulsion, elastomeric decorative coating. Its waterproof formulation has a high degree of elasticity that will not become brittle after long-term exposure. It complies with Federal Specification TT-C-555B, Type II.

Resists wind-driven rain - Helps prevent water penetration into the substrate
Excellent color retention and UV resistance - Long term durability, resists color fading
Breathable - Allows interior moisture to escape thus preventing peeling and blistering
Resistant to salt spray, fungus, and mildew - Suitable for high-humidity climates
Available in 470 colors - Provides color coordination with Sonneborn sealants
VOC compliant, water-based system - Environmentally friendly; easy clean-up
